Ever wonder who to call if you see something that may be a water quality problem in Proctor Creek?

  • You can report sewer overflows, sewer odor, or illegal discharges to sewer with the City’s Department of Watershed Management (DWM) by calling 404-546-0311. More information about reporting to DWM is available by clicking here​

Atlanta 311 is a newly launched platform for residents to report issues and file service requests with the city online at http://www.atl311.com or by calling 404-546-0311

Code Enforcement
To report housing or commercial code violations, contact the City of Atlanta Office of Code Compliance at 404-330-6190,  send an inquiry to the Bureau of Code Compliance at codesrequests@atlantaga.gov, or complete a code violation form by clicking here.  More information about Atlanta’s Office of Code Compliance is available by clicking here
Potholes, Trash Pickup, and Concerns in the Public Right of Way
To report concerns in the public right of way (i.e. potholes, trash pickup, street lights, traffic signals, metal plates, etc.), contact the City of Atlanta Department of Public Works  at 404.330.6333 or via email to: publicworks@atlantaga.gov.  This Customer Service Center is available M-F, 8:15 am – 5:00 pm.  For emergencies after normal business hours, call 404-227-3520.  More information is available by clicking here

Tire Dumping
To report scrap tire dumping in Atlanta and Fulton County, contact Karen Stone at the GA Environmental Protection Division (EPD) District Office (404-362-4513 – Karen.stone@dnr.state.ga.us) or EPD’s Scrap Tire Program at 404-363-7027.  Afterwards, an inspector will visit the site and determine the best course of action for addressing the issue.    More information about tires and reporting dumping of other waste is available by clicking here
