Potholes, Trash Pickup, and Concerns in the Public Right of Way
To report concerns in the public right of way (i.e. potholes, trash pickup, street lights, traffic signals, metal plates, etc.), contact the City of Atlanta Department of Public Works  at 404.330.6333 or via email to:  This Customer Service Center is available M-F, 8:15 am – 5:00 pm.  For emergencies after normal business hours, call 404-227-3520.  More information is available by clicking here

Tire Dumping
To report scrap tire dumping in Atlanta and Fulton County, contact Karen Stone at the GA Environmental Protection Division (EPD) District Office (404-362-4513 – or EPD’s Scrap Tire Program at 404-363-7027.  Afterwards, an inspector will visit the site and determine the best course of action for addressing the issue.    More information about tires and reporting dumping of other waste is available by clicking here
